I repeat the best Pizza Recipe
We love pizza, who doesn’t?
The only downside of eating a whole Pizza to yourself is that you often feel bloated and unable to move afterwards.
But here is a new recipe that we found that, will allow you to enjoy that whole pizza, and even have seconds.
Yeast is the culprit in this situation, leaving you feeling heavy and bloated.
Our beautiful No-Yeast Pizza as follows.
40g Olive Oil
In a large bowl mix together water, oil and salt until salt is dissolved. Mix in 450g of flour and mix with your hands, depending on the consistency of the dough, you may need to add another 50g of flour. (It should be soft, and sticky, but not so sticky that it sticks to your hands, it should be easy to work with.)
Cover with a damp towel and let sit for 1 hour.
Uncover the dough and form into 4 balls of dough. Recover with a damp cloth and let sit for 1-2 hours.
Open and enjoy!!

In a pan add sliced Red peppers/capsicum, Onion and Zucchini/Courgette, cook in oil, a little water and Tabasco Chipotle, cook until soft. Add ontop of Pizza, cover with cheese bake for 20 minutes and enjoy!
You will feel light and satisfied.
