As part of our New Years Resolutions we are challenging ourselves and you to keep up at 1 or more of your Resolutions for 30 days in a row.
As part of our Self Improvement Resolution we have and are continuing to do 30 Days of Yoga. It is a simple 20-25 minutes of Yoga every day for 30 days, to help give an idea of what yoga is, get you set up for future practice. We think that this is a great way to start the new year, challenging yourself- you will be surprised at what you can accomplish.
We are challenging all of you to do this challenge with us, it does not necessarily need to be 30 Days of Yoga. It can be 30 days of clean eating, exercise, hard work, you name it. 30 Day Challenge. Join us on this and you will be surprised at how this sets the tone for your whole year!
